(More customer reviews)We ordered two chairs which arrived quickly, but we soon found that several pieces had not been aligned properly when drilled and therefore were not able to be assembled. The arm supports needed to be removed (and since they had been glued, this wasn't easy), and then needed to be repositioned so that they could be attached to the rest of the arm assembly. This left unpainted wood exposed so we'll need to repaint and seal that area. Other components needed holes widened before they could be assembled. Obviously there is no quality control in the manufacturing facility in China where these are made... one simple test of the product once it's off the assembly line would identify these multiple problems. Once assembled, they look good for the cost and are pretty comfortable, but again, no excuse for the manufacturing.
