I was worried that the shipping weight was listed at 10 pounds,but that was a typo. it was closer to 50 pounds each. they are easy to assemble (first one took about 15 minutes). they seem really sturdy for the price. maybe not as good as all those pricey ones but heck even at full price I think it's a good deal. highly recommend. in fact as soon as I got the first one together I ordered 2 more
