(More customer reviews)I bought two of these chairs and the companion ottomans for my wife as a birthday gift. We looked at a handful of others at places like World Market, but were unimpressed with the quality. So I opted for these, and though satisfied, wanted to share a few concerns with those of you who are considering them.
1) Color
These aren't what I would call a deep red...they're more of a reddish pink. So, be aware that you may feel it necessary to repaint them. Touch-up paint is included, but it isn't quite the same color.
2) Assembly
These were actually very easy to assemble. One screw was missing, however, so I had to improvise, but it worked out.
3) Packaging
Both chairs had dings in them, one worse than the other. Fortunately it was in a spot that is not usually exposed, so we were lucky.Overall, these are comfortable and enjoyable to use. I'd buy them again for someone else if given the opportunity.
