(More customer reviews)I ordered two of these chairs. The first one arrived with one wood piece in the ottoman not attached. The screw simply pulled out of the wood. The second chair arrived with one of the back wood pieces snapped in two. I returned this one and asked for a replacement. The replacement showed up with more pre-assembled pieces with the screws pulled out of the wood. I got a refund for this second chair. The wood is very cheap and cannot properly stay screwed together. The one chair I did keep is comfortable, but the wood creaks each time I sit in it. I am expecting it to collapse. I would not recommend anyone over 150 lbs to sit in this.
